Forest of flavour Unicorn Mushrooms
Take 12 eggs, blend the eggs with 250ml Full Cream Milk and season with Pink Salt and pepper.
Line your mould with the Egg Mixture. Then start layering your ingredients.
We used the following:
Pllant your long stem mushrooms in the middle. Fill the mould up with your egg mixture and place some cheese around the mushroom.
Bake at 180 degrees for 20 min, or until firm.
